Updating Zebra QLN220/QLN320 Printer Firmware
You will need a USB-Mini cable like this one below (available here on Amazon) to program your printer. The port to plug your Zebra Printer into your PC is located to the right of the screen under the flap.

- Install FirmwareDownloader-v5-0-0-10.exe from the Zip file provided by manyfastscan. You can also download the software here.
- Plug in your Zebra Printer to your PC’s USB Port
- Open ZDownloader software – it will install in your PC as ‘Firmware Downloader’

- In the Zdownloader Software, select Printer > Auto Detect

- Your printer will show in the window. Right click on the Printer Listed, and click ‘Select Firmware File’

- From the Zip file you were provided by manyfastscan, select V68.20.15Z.zpl. The software will take a moment to load. Once it does, continue to the next Step. Firmware is also available here when you select Firmware.
- Right click anywhere in the white space of the software. Select Download All

- The Firmware will load to the printer and the printer will restart. Once it does, the issues with iOS connectivity should go away.
You may have to ‘Forget the Device’ in your Bluetooth Settings, turn off Bluetooth settings, turn Bluetooth back on and connect. Otherwise you may get an 'Accessory Not Supported' Error on your phone. However, the Bluetooth will stay connected when paired.
