eBay Integration

Setup

1.  Navigate to General Settings > eCommerce settings and make sure Live Mode is on – eBay does not offer a Sandbox environment

2.    Multiple eBay accounts can be activated for a manyfastscan Account. Click here to connect your eBay account to manyfastscan.

3.   You will be redirected to eBay. Sign in and accept terms.

 

4.    A Download Preset can be selected to format eBay listings. Click Save.

 

 

Configure eBay Listing Default Settings

Business Policies

eBay Business Policies allow Sellers to reuse Shipping, Return, and Payment Policies for all future listings. If you do not have Business Policies enabled and want to use this functionality, you can follow the instructions below.

1. Go to ebay.com. In the top right select 'My eBay' and choose 'Selling'

2. Click on 'Listings'

3. Business Policies are available for configuration in the bottom left

 

ListingsScheduled to Start

If you have listings which are 'Scheduled', you can access these Listings on your eBay Seller Dashboard. Select 'Listings' and 'Scheduled'

 

List Items on Ebay

Navigate to the eCommerce menu and select List Items

1. Select the eBay integration
2. Select Manifest Group/Manifest
3. Select the eBay Account you want to post to. If you have a default set or only one account, no action is needed here.

Editing Items prior to Listing

If you need to edit items prior to listing, there are a few quick edits you can make, or see all product info by selecting the Pencil Icon to the left of the image.

For quick edits:

1. Price and Discount Sale Price - Click on the Price to adjust
   
2. For Title/Description - Use the pencil icon to the right of the text
   

 

Listing Items

Listings can be made

1. Individually
   
2. Selected Items only
   
3. All items in view

List Individually

To list only 1 item at a time, click the Green Text which says 'List'

 

List Selected

To list selected items, use the checkboxes in the left side of the view. The button for 'List Selected' will appear'

After clicking 'List Selected' a confirmation popup will appear. Click 'Ok'

 

List All

To list all items within your view (Manifest Group or Manifest), select 'List All'

After clicking 'List All' a confirmation popup will appear. Click 'Ok'

 

Bulk Listing Requirements

When List All/List Selected is chosen, manyfastscan will check if the eBay required fields are populated and valid.  

Orange highlighted items are using the default weights. If Retail Price is being used to determine listing value (versus using the Discount Sale Price), enter the Retail Price of the item here. When ‘Save’ is clicked, you can confirm the listing details in the next screen

Confirm Listing Details

The listing details will be populated with the defaults set for eBay. When ‘Submit’ is clicked, the items will be listed to eBay.

Listing Queue

The 'Queue' will show you the progress of your eCommerce Listings. In the event of a listing failure, manyfastscan will provide an error message. The most common errors will be missing fields. You can relist from the Queue.

By default, the Queue will organize bulk listings in groups. For example if you list 10 items, all 10 items will be shown as a batch.

If you want to see all item listings, regardless of batches, you can turn on the switch for 'Ungrouped View'
