Upload a Manifest from a Supplier/Vendor
- Navigate to the website and locate the Manifest Generator. Underneath it, select Uploaded Manifests. This action will lead you to a new screen.

- In the top right corner of the new screen, click on Upload Manifest.

- Name the manifest - it could be the name of your truck, your PO number, or any other identifier.

- Choose the manifest you want to upload. For this example, we're using an Amazon manifest.

- The Source dropdown is the Retailer who supplied the manifest you want to upload. In this example, we will choose Amazon Product Info and check the last checkbox.

- Note – if you have a manifest from a retailer which exists as a datasource in manyfastscan, ignore this step.
If your products come directly from a manufacturer and/or have SKU Numbers, Retail Prices, or other identifiers, you can use this data to catalog your items without asking manyfastscan to perform a lookup – to do this, turn off the ‘Additional Processing with MFSEngine?’ switch.
You will scan the identifier (SKU, ITEM#, UPC, etc.) manyfastscan will get the data from your uploaded manifest and apply it to your newly created manifest item. In this scenario, unless it is a ShopHQ file and image links are provided, stock images will not be provided by manyfastscan.

- Click Next. On the left side, you will see all the columns from the CSV and all the database columns in manyfastscan. This is where you map the data from the CSV into manyfastscan. For Amazon, avoid mapping any UPCs as they are often incorrect. The required fields are ASIN Item Description, unit cost, total cost, LPN, and FNSKU.
Click Next again to confirm the upload.

Confirm the Row Count is correct and complete the Upload

Using Data from an Uploaded Manifest as a Data Source
- Once your supplier manifest is uploaded, select Manifest Groups. When you create your next Manifest Group, you can assign this Uploaded Manifest as a data source. If you already have a Manifest Group created, you can edit it.

- Scroll down to find a section called Uploaded Manifests. Click the accordion (rectangle) that says ‘Uploaded Manifests’ Here, select the AMZ Manifest from the dropdown menu as a data source for your entire Manifest Group.

This functionality is available when creating a Manifest Group and works the same on the web and the Mobile app. However, you must upload the supplier provided manifest on the website. You can do this at the Manifest Group level or at the Manifest level under Data settings in your manifest.
If the Uploaded Manifest is assigned to a Manifest Group, before Manifests are created within that group, the Data Settings will include the Uploaded Manifest Assignment. If the Manifests are already created, continue to the next step below.
- If the assignment of an Uploaded Manifest is made after Manifests have been created in the Manifest Group, Users will need to choose the Uploaded Manifest as a Data Source in their Data Settings inside of the Manifest.
