Support Tickets (App)
Step 1. Tap the ☰ Menu > Support Tickets
Step 2. This is your "Support Ticket" main screen, from here you can:
- Add a new support ticket - Tap the + Sign
- View any open/closed support tickets.
Step 3. This is your "Create Ticket" screen.
- Title: create the title of your ticket
- Set Priority
- Type of Ticket: choose from the drop down.
- Related to a Manifest Item: If yes, you will need to click on the "Select Manifest Item"(see screen after this one.)
- Type a description
- Tap "Add Support Ticket"
Step 4. "Select Manifest Item Screen"
- If your Support Ticket is not related to a Manifest Item, skip this step.
- Select the Manifest Group the item is in.
- Select the Manifest the item is in.
- Tap on the item to highlight it yellow.
- Tap "Use Selected Item."
Step 5. Your ticket has been submitted and is shown below.
