Support Tickets (App)


Step 1. Tap the ☰ Menu > Support Tickets


Step 2. This is your "Support Ticket" main screen, from here you can:
  1. Add a new support ticket - Tap the + Sign
  2. View any open/closed support tickets.

Step 3. This is your "Create Ticket" screen.
  1. Title: create the title of your ticket
  2. Set Priority
  3. Type of Ticket: choose from the drop down.
  4. Related to a Manifest Item: If yes, you will need to click on the "Select Manifest Item"(see screen after this one.)
  5. Type a description
  6. Tap "Add Support Ticket"

Step 4. "Select Manifest Item Screen"
  1. If your Support Ticket is not related to a Manifest Item, skip this step.
  2. Select the Manifest Group the item is in.
  3. Select the Manifest the item is in.
  4. Tap on the item to highlight it yellow.
  5. Tap "Use Selected Item."

Step 5. Your ticket has been submitted and is shown below.
