Extra Stuff from App OVerview
Dashboard
When you first log in to the manyfastscan app, you'll land on the Dashboard - an overview of your scanning activity.
At the top, you can adjust filters such as:
- Date Range
- Manifest Group
- Manifest Name
- Employee
- Consignor
Once your filters are set, the Dashboard provides real-time insights including:
- Today’s Scans
Today’s Retail Value
Total Items
Total Retail Value
Data Collection Rate
Last Item Scan
Today’s Scans by Employee
Total Progress by Manifest Group
Employee Progress by Day
Totals by Consignor
Today’s Progress by Hour
Overall Progress by Day

Access the Menu with the three bars in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
Key Features:

| Employee Progress | Metrics by employee, manifest, date range, and consignor. | Key Features: Date filter, employee name, manifest group and name selectors, scan deletion filter. Use Case: Ideal for verifying individual or team progress over custom time periods. |
| Today's Scans | Shows total number of items scanned today. | Appearance: Large numeric box displaying today's scan count. |
| Today's Retail Value | Shows combined retail value of items scanned today. | Appears as a monetary value box near the top of the dashboard. |
| Total Items | Displays total number of items scanned across all days. | Updates in real-time. |
| Total Retail Value | Tracks the total retail value of all scanned items. | Data pulled from the retail price of each scan. |
| Data Collection Rate | Measures the percentage of scans that returned data. | Example: 99% success rate shown visually. |
| Last Item Scan | Displays the timestamp of the most recent scan. | Useful for monitoring real-time employee activity. |
| Today's Scans by Employee | Table showing per-employee scan count and retail totals for the current day. | Sortable by scan count or retail value. |
| Total Progress by Auction | Shows scans and retail value by Manifest Group. | Clickable rows reveal deeper insights for each auction or batch. |
| Employee Progress by Day | Lists individual scan performance per day. | Useful for daily performance evaluations. |
| Totals by Consignor | Breaks down scan count and retail by consignor/vendor. | Default vendor shown if consignor is not assigned. |
| Today's Progress by Hour | Graphs hourly scan performance. | Visual bar chart by hour and scan count. |
| Overall Progress by Day | Line chart of total daily scans. | Total Items Items per Day. |
