Our app is available for Android and iOS in the app store. Our web platform is used primarily for reviewing product data, ecommerce listing, and exporting data. However, most functionality available in the app is also available on the webpage.
DO I HAVE TO CREATE A MANIFEST GROUP BEFORE I CREATE A MANIFEST?
Yes, It is vitally important and necessary for accurate reporting, avoidance of duplicate lots/items/product listings. You must first create a Manifest Group, then you can create as many Manifests within that group as is necessary. The naming pattern is also important, here is an example: If my Manifest Group is Named: Product1 Your Manifest would be Product1 SR. Manifest Group = [Manifest Group], Manifest = [Manifest Group]_[Employees Initials].
99% of users utilize the barcode scanning functionality of the mobile app. It is reliable and works on any phone or tablet. If you really really want to use a barcode scanner, you can. It’s not required though.
manyfastscan is integrated with Zebra label printers. It is not compatible with other brands at this time. We tested dozens of printers from the cheap stuff on Amazon to the expensive Enterprise products. Zebra printers proved to be the most reliable, highest quality, and affordable.
You can order discounted Zebra Printers direct from manyfastscan. They will be programmed for use with the app and compatible with Android and iOS devices
We support ZPL, Zebra’s proprietary coding language for labels. When you sign up for the app, you’ll have access to our standard labels. If you need additional data on the label, such as title or location, we can do that too. If you need help with customizing labels, we are happy to help. ZPL looks like an alien language and is a bit confusing even for the most experience programmers.
UPCs, ASINs and FNSKU (X0 Barcodes) can be natively scanned in the app. LPNs can be scanned and return data if a manifest with LPN data is uploaded into manyfastscan

We have native integrations with Shopify, Square, Clover, and eBay. Soon we will add Amazon and Facebook Marketplace - until we do, Shopify’s Marketplace Connector can handle omni-channel listings.
Most auction platforms will support a CSV spreadsheet upload and bulk photo upload. In General Settings > Download Settings you can configure your data export to match the template for your data upload and the naming convention required for your photos. We have not run across an auction platform yet that we can’t support. If we do, we’re going to find a way to add additional support as quickly as possible. When selected while making or editing a listing, the “Read Description Flag” will add “READ DESCRIPTION” in big red letters at the top of the first photo of the listing. This is super helpful in setting expectations with your bidders. manyfastscan makes it easy it indicate the condition of an item, and the Read Description Flag ensures that the bidders read the description and do not blindly bid and try to return the item after.
Our ‘Add Multiples’ feature allows the user to duplicate an item a specified number of times and space the item out through an auction. This means you can add the same item every 10 (or whatever interval you specify) lots and print tags for each item.
LPN's are not barcodes, they are a specific manifest code tied to a Manifested Truckload. If you have the original Manifest for the truckload, then you can upload that into manyfastscan and you can scan the LPN's. If you have purchased a palette from someone who has not provided the original manifest, then your best bet is to use a heatgun to remove the LPN, or use our AI Photo lookup.
manyfastscan has 6 ways to scan and list product listings. If you don't have a barcode to scan, we have an AI Photo lookup, App Share from Retailer, and No UPC modes that will help you list your items.
