Special Note:
In order to start adding actual manifests, you need to create a Manifest Group to which you'll assign specific manifests. Once you have followed those steps, you may begin creating Manifests by following the procedure below.

Create a Manifest

Step 1. Select the Manifest Generator

In main menu, select the Manifest Generator menu option.


Step 2. Click on Manifest

This is your Manifest Generator Menu. Click on "Manifest"



Step 3. Click on the "+"(Plus Sign)

Click on the "+" (Plus Sign) in the upper right hand corner to Create a Manifest.



Step 4. Name your Manifest

(Important Note: We recommend that each user has their own manifest, and follows this naming convention: "Manifest Group" (space) "Initials of Employee".  You will notice the most recently created Manifest Group is already selected below.


Step 5. Click Save.



Step 6. You have now created a Manifest

You have now created a Manifest and are ready to begin listing/scanning items.

Configure User Lot Ranges

Step 1. If you want to limit a user from creating lot numbers outside of a specified range, when creating a manifest tap Configure User Lot Ranges

Step 2. Set the ranges you want each user to stay within when creating Listings



Configure View Settings for Manifest

Step 1. Select a Manifest to Change View Settings.


Step 2. Tap the "3 Dot Menu" in the Upper Right Hand Corner.


Step 3. Tap "Configure View Settings for Manifest."


Step 4. Tap on "Go to View Settings" at the bottom of the screen.


Step 5. Choose View Settings Configuration and Toggles. - Save Changes.



Configure User Assignments for Manifest

Step 1. Tap "Configure User Assignments for Manifest" from the Edit Menu.

Step 2. Choose the user settings. Please read the "Visability Assignment" Paragraph at the top.
Step 3. Tap "Assign" to save.

Hide Manifest

Step 1. Choose a Manifest to Hide.

Step 2. Click on the 3 Dot Menu in the upper right corner of the Manifest.


Step 3. Select "Hide Manifest" from the Menu.


Your Manifest is Now Hidden. You will need to select "Show Hidden" in order to see it again.

Delete Manifests

Special Notes:
      You can "Delete Manifests" with the following procedure and steps. 

Step 1. Click on the (Three Dots) Menu

Step 2. Delete Manifest Menu

Click on the bottom option "Delete Manifest"

Step 3. Warning Popup

A "Warning Popup" Window will appear: This action cannot be undone.

Step 4. Click Yes


Your Manifest has now been deleted.


View All Manifests     

Special Note:
            "View All Manifests" allows you to preview all of the relevant information on Manifests. 
            Types of Information:
    1. Name
    2. Description
    3. Created and Last Updated Date/Time
    4. Count of Items
    5. Total Value:

Step 1. View All Manifests

You are now in the "View All Manifests"
 

3. Filter Manifests

Special Note:
      You can filter the Manifests by searching for keywords. Filters are applied to Name and Description properties

Step 1. Filter Manifests

You may now "Filter Manifests".

4. Edit Manifests

      You can "Edit Manifests" with the following procedure and steps. 
   Step 1. Click on the (Three Dots) Menu

Step 2. Edit Manifest Menu

Click on the top option "Edit Manifest"

Step 3. Edit Manifest Page

You are now in the Edit Manifest Page. Choose the options to edit/change.

Step 4. Click Save


Condition Filter

Special Notes:
      Condition Filters allow you to search throughout your Manifest for specific information. This is helpful when trying to find items that need attention by management before being listed live.

Manifests Main Menu Screen: Becoming Familiar

From this screen you can:
  1. Actions: Download, Edit, Delete, Configure, and Filter Manifest Groups.

Create a New Manifest

Step 1. Click on "Add Manifest" in the upper right corner of the screen.

This will open your Manifest Creation Screen.

Step 2. Fill in the Manifest Details: FIRST: make sure the name of the Manifest is the name of the Manifest Group(space)Employees Initials. Example: If the Manifest Group is Auction1, the Manifest should be Auction1 SR(employees initials.)
  1. Select the Manifest Group first(2nd field).
  2. Name the Manifest, be sure to observe the correct naming pattern.
  3. Add Manifest Notes if necessary
  4. Lot Starting From: Select which lot the manifest will start at.
  5. Advanced Settings: Shortcut for Retail - Allows user to skip photos and conditions screen.
  6. View Settings: Account Level, User Level, WhatNot, or Custom can be setup to determine the viewing of each Manifest. 
  7. User Settings: These assignments will make the entity visible to selected users and user groups in addition to all users with the 'All' visibility role.

Click Add, and you have now created a new Manifest.

View Menu: Become Familiar


Manifest Filters Menu

The Filters Menu is located in the upper left hand corner of the screen as seen below.
Filter by Manifest Group to see each Manifest within.
Show Hidden Manifest Groups.
Reset
Apply Now

Edit Manifests

Edit details and save.

Edit: Configure View Settings for a Manifest

Step 1. Click on the 3 Dot Menu > Configure View Settings.


Step 2. Change View Settings or Leave as Default View Settings

This is your View Settings Menu from here you can
  1. Change your View Settings Preset Templates
  2. Account Settings, User Settings, WhatNot Settings, eBay Settings, or Custom Settings.

Click Save: You have now Configured the View Settings for a Manifest.

Edit: Configure User Assignments

Step 1. Click on the 3 Dot Menu > Configure User Assignments.


Step 2. Select or Unselect Groups
      These assignments will make the entity visible to selected users and user groups in addition to all users with the 'All' visibility role.
